About

I’m Hank Bennett, and ninehank.com started as a private nickname that turned into a public home online.

Back in college, I kept a small notebook where I wrote down nine things every day: one idea, one lesson, one moment I didn’t want to forget, and a few quick notes that helped me think clearly. I called it “Nine, Hank” in the corner of the page—like a reminder to slow down and finish my thoughts.

When I finally decided to publish my writing online, I wanted a name that felt personal, simple, and a little different. ninehank stuck because it’s exactly what the site is: my thoughts, my voice, and a habit I’ve kept for years—turning noise into something useful.

Now, ninehank.com is my personal blog where I share what I’m learning in real time: life, work, creativity, habits, and the small systems that make days better.
